Phil Voutsakis is a commercial real estate broker associate with Winig Properties, a Philadelphia-based real estate brokerage and development firm. Phil has extensive experience in both landlord and tenant representation in the commercial real estate industry, with a focus on in the retail and restaurant categories. Licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Phil brings nearly 15 years of experience and an exceptional knowledge of local real estate trends and a knack for identifying untapped real estate value in both Philadelphia and its suburbs. Phil makes it his priority to provide personal insight and true partnership in every engagement he undertakes.

Phil previously founded Longbow Partners LLC, a construction management and real estate investment firm and co-founded AR Spruce LLC, a real estate services firm offering 3rd party development and project management service. While with AR Spruce and its legacy company, AthenianRazak, Phil managed pre-development and oversaw operations of a transit-oriented retail development at SEPTA’s main commuter hub, Suburban Station. Prior to that, Phil was an acquisitions analyst at Hayden Real Estate Investments, leading office and industrial acquisitions totaling over $200m. Phil attended Villanova University and is actively involved in Villanova’s Nova Next Real Estate Council. Phil also volunteers extensively at St. George Greek Orthodox Church in his hometown of Media, PA.
